These terms govern access to CramHQ exam-preparation software, courses, quizzes, Pass Plan workflows, flashcards, support, and related services.
By creating an account, using CramHQ, starting a saved learning workflow, contacting support, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Exam Prep Disclaimers.
If you use CramHQ for an organization or another person, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for keeping the account and payment information accurate.
CramHQ provides evolving exam-preparation software, including assessments, practice quizzes, timed simulations, Pass Plan recommendations, remediation, explanations, diagrams, flashcards, dashboards, emails, support, and related content.
Features, prices, course availability, question sets, scoring models, readiness estimates, recommendations, access rules, and supported exams may change. CramHQ may fix, replace, remove, suspend, or retire content and features without preserving every prior workflow.
CramHQ is provided as-is and as available. It may contain defects, incomplete content, stale guidance, incorrect generated explanations, downtime, delays, display issues, scoring issues, or other errors.
CramHQ does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, exact readiness measurement, permanent availability of any feature, or continued support for every exam, course, workflow, or integration.
CramHQ owns or licenses the platform, software, interface, course structure, question content, explanations, diagrams, prompts, generated artifacts, readiness scoring, Pass Plan workflows, remediation artifacts, flashcards, and related materials.
Subject to these Terms, CramHQ grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, personal study license to use the service for your own exam preparation during your active access period.
You may not copy, scrape, crawl, bulk download, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, credential-share, overload, attack, or abuse CramHQ or its content.
You may not automate question extraction, answer-bank creation, screenshot harvesting, API harvesting, prompt reconstruction, content reconstruction, or use CramHQ content to train, evaluate, or improve competing models, products, question banks, courses, or services.
CramHQ may suspend, revoke access, block traffic, preserve evidence, deny refunds, or take other protective action for abuse, fraud, suspicious extraction, security attacks, chargeback abuse, account sharing, content misuse, or policy violations.
CramHQ is independent exam-preparation software. It does not provide official exam questions, exam dumps, leaked exam content, or assistance with violating candidate agreements, provider policies, NDA rules, or exam registration requirements.
You may not upload, request, publish, submit, or distribute live exam content, exam dumps, secrets, credentials, payment card data, personal data of others, infringing content, abusive content, or security-sensitive information through support, feedback, flashcards, notes, report-question flows, or any future submission surface.
If you submit support messages, feedback, reported questions, custom flashcards, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant CramHQ permission to use that content to operate, support, debug, secure, moderate, improve, and protect the service.
CramHQ may remove, quarantine, refuse, edit for clarity or length, or stop using submitted content. CramHQ may publish a review or testimonial only when the relevant user-facing flow asks for publication permission or you otherwise approve publication.
You are responsible for your account credentials, payment authorization, device security, and activity under your account. Paid access is personal to the purchasing account and may not be shared or transferred.
CramHQ may suspend, limit, revoke, or terminate access for suspected account takeover, credential sharing, fraud, scraping, chargeback abuse, exam-dump activity, security risk, operational risk, or violation of these Terms.
Purchases provide digital access to CramHQ course, practice, and readiness software for the stated access duration. Prices, coupons, discounts, and access periods may change, expire, be limited, or be discontinued.
A 100%-discount or coupon path may grant access without a card charge and has no cash refund value. Access may be revoked or adjusted after refund, chargeback, revoked payment, abuse, fraud, or policy violation.
CramHQ does not guarantee exam results, passing scores, certification, official provider recognition, employment, promotion, salary changes, or exact readiness.
Scores, readiness labels, Pass Plan recommendations, remediation, flashcards, explanations, diagrams, timing feedback, quiz results, and dashboards are educational aids and should be used with your own judgment and official provider documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CramHQ disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, data-loss, exam-fee, employment, or certification-related damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CramHQ total liability for claims related to paid access is limited to the amount you paid CramHQ for the affected access during the twelve months before the claim.
