Paid CramHQ access is digital access. All sales are final except narrow payment, legal, fraud-review, or access-provisioning exceptions.
Paid CramHQ courses provide digital access to course, practice, Pass Plan, readiness, quiz, explanation, and related learning software for the stated access duration.
Because access is digital and available immediately after purchase or coupon redemption, purchases are not treated like unused physical goods.
All sales are final except where law requires a refund, there is a duplicate or erroneous charge, a fraud review confirms an unauthorized or fraudulent payment issue, or CramHQ fails to provision purchased access and cannot resolve it in a reasonable support window.
Refund requests may be denied for change-of-mind, exam failure, dissatisfaction after access or use, substantial use, abuse, fraud, account sharing, content extraction, previous refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or policy violation.
Discounts and coupons may be limited, changed, revoked, or discontinued. 100%-discount or no-charge access grants have no cash refund value.
Course access may be revoked or adjusted after a refund, chargeback, revoked payment, fraud review, coupon cancellation, or suspected abuse.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe when applicable. Stripe, card networks, banks, and card issuers control some processing timelines and statement behavior.
CramHQ does not promise CramHQ-issued tax invoices unless that workflow is separately implemented. Stripe-hosted receipts may be available for eligible card payments.
Contact [email protected] with the account email, course, payment date, and reason for review. CramHQ may review payment records, access history, support history, security signals, coupon use, and abuse indicators before deciding.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval and does not waive CramHQ rights under the Terms.
